Man Kwan Educational Organisation Limited is a charitable educational organisation, which was founded in 1999 by Professor Tam Man Kwan. Prof. Tam Man Kwan was the Former Chairman of the Board of Education and Former Deputy Chairman of the HKEA. He is now the Adjunct Professor of Faculty of Education at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the President of Hong Kong Private Schools Association. Other School Managers of Man Kwan Educational Organisation Limited include Mr. Li Yuet Ting, C.B.E., J.P., the Former Secretary of Education and several experienced educators and scholars.

In the spirit of “All are educable”, Man Kwan Educational Organisation Limited has made significant efforts to Hong Kong education through organizing talks, training programs, academic competitions and other student activities since its establishment. Courses, seminars, competitions and exhibitions organized by Man Kwan Educational Organisation Limited are very popular among the public, such as Courses for Kindergarten Administrative Staff, English Grammar Courses for primary and secondary school teachers, Sharing Session of Student Development Award Scheme ‘Project Star’, Hong Kong Inter-Primary School English Folk Song Singing Contest, Outstanding Hong Kong Secondary School Volunteer Election, Pak Kau Cup Mathematics Competition, Inter-school Micro-novel Competition, Student Learning and Development Exhibition, School Voluntary Service Exhibition, Environmental Protection Carnival, etc.
