From 26th June to 1st July 2023, Principal Wong led a group of teachers and students to conduct the ‘Qingdao Artificial Intelligence STEAM Study Tour’.

During the study tour, teachers and students carried out different forms of visits and exchanges in Zibo and Qingdao. Through the visit to Zibo NO. 11 Middle School of Shandong Province, the understanding, communication and friendship between teachers and students in the two places have been promoted. In addition, Dr. Liu Xiwei, Senior Engineer of Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, lectured on ‘Advance and Application of Artificial Intelligence’ to the students, which benefited them a lot.

Shandong Province not only has a profound historical and cultural background but also is committed to the development of artificial intelligence, which shows the perfect combination of tradition and innovation.

The six-day-and-five-night study tour broadened the students’ horizons, and they were delighted and did not want it to end!
