The second S1 Admission Information Day, “Introduction to the EMI Class cum Open Classroom,” was successfully held on October 24th. The event included an introduction to the EMI class, the enrollment procedures for the English program, and an open classroom session for S1 EMI students. The theme of the open lesson focused on character description, where students first wrote descriptive passages in English, then generated images using an AI platform, and presented the characters using their English presentation skills.
This activity required students to master vocabulary related to character description, the application of the AI platform, as well as presentation skills, creativity, collaboration, and communication with their classmates. Afterwards, the principal addressed parents’ questions about the EMI class, and a guided tour of the school was conducted by our teachers and parent volunteers.
