Our school conducted a week-long “Deep Reading Week” in mid-May. The activities included sharing of recommended books in English, Chinese history, and Chinese language, as well as a Peking Opera mask-making workshop. The purpose was to encourage students to engage in in-depth thinking about the content they read, broaden their knowledge base, and expose them to different fields of knowledge. By reading various types of books and articles, students can gain a broader range of knowledge and apply it to different areas of learning, thereby enhancing their learning efficiency.
