Date: 28/05/2024

This is the second year of the ” Youth of Difference Ambassador (YODA) Program” organized by our school and the Dialogue in the Dark-
Dialogue Experience Foundation (Hong Kong), sponsored by The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Hong Kong. There are 3 participating schools that have been journeying together, with the dedicated involvement of teachers and social workers, which has greatly enriched the program.

This year, there are 19 YO DAs, and our school has 7 Form 4 and Form 5 students serving as Youth of Difference Ambassadors. They have undergone 40 hours of personal growth classes over the year, experiencing the lives of the visually impaired and hearing impaired, as well as engaging in diverse talent work experience.

On May 28th, the graduating YODAs held their graduation ceremony at the Hong Kong Playground Association – Gifted Development and Exchange Centre. The ceremony was attended by the teachers and parents. The event not only reviewed the highlights of the year’s activities, but also provided the students with an opportunity to share their reflections and feelings from the past year on stage.
