This year marks the 55th anniversary of Man Kwan Pak Kau College. With the theme “Bond in Love, Dare to Dream,” our school has meticulously planned a series of celebratory events. Among them, the Dream in AI Parent-Child Fun Day and the D-Expo Opening Ceremony held on June 22nd attracted a large number of parents, teachers, and students, creating a lively atmosphere.
During the Parent-Child Fun Day and the D-Expo Opening Ceremony, our school showcased its valuable achievements in AI and STEAM education fields. Teachers and students organized various innovative experiential activities, covering artificial intelligence, robotics, programming, and creative design. These activities not only demonstrated the students’ creativity and practical skills in technology but also provided the community and the public with an in-depth understanding of the school’s educational philosophy and practice.
The opening ceremony also featured the awarding of prizes for the “Dream in AI” Generative AI Image Design Contest. Students used the latest generative AI technology to inspire their creativity and create images in various categories. The categories included Chinese culture, future cities, and environmental protection. More than 400 students participated in the competition. The winning students’ works will also be exhibited at the Generative AI Image Exhibition.
This event also featured various interactive zones, allowing parents and children to enhance their relationships while experiencing the endless charm of AI technology. Our school hopes that through this event, more people will recognize the importance of technology education and inspire more young people to bravely pursue their dreams and innovate.
