We are proud to announce that our 2019 graduate, Yeung Tin Long, participated in the 2024 Asian Jump Rope Championship held in Kawasaki, Japan, this past July. As a dedicated member of the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Delegation Team, Tin Long achieved exceptional results in the competition. He competed in the mixed team event for ages 16 and above, earning the prestigious titles of Overall Champion, Interchange Rope Champion, and 1-Minute Speed Jump Champion, while also securing third place in both the Individual Rope Pair Freestyle and the Interchange Rope Trio Freestyle categories.
Since his graduation, Tin Long has continued to make significant contributions to our school. He has served for several years as a coach for our rope skipping team, generously sharing his expertise and giving back to his alma mater. His outstanding achievements not only honor his dedication but also bring pride to our school and inspire his fellow students. In recognition of his success, Mr. Ken Cheng, the Chief Coach of the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Club, has graciously sent a letter of commendation to our school. Below, we share excerpts from his commendation letter.
